Shipping & Handling
Shipping is available within the lower 48 states only. Shipping charges are separate from the listed product price unless otherwise stated and are calculated based on the delivery address entered at checkout.
We work to provide the most accurate shipping estimates possible. However, due to the wide range of product sizes, weights, and freight requirements, shipping charges shown at checkout are estimates only and may be adjusted prior to shipment if necessary.
Oversize / Overweight Products
Shipping estimates for oversized or overweight products may not reflect the final freight amount. Exact shipping costs can only be determined once the item is processed for shipment and all freight details are confirmed. Any required adjustment will be made before the item ships.
Tax Charges
Applicable Texas sales or motor vehicle taxes will be collected as required by law. In Texas, trailers and semitrailers are generally subject to 6.25% motor vehicle tax unless a valid exemption applies.
Titled items may also be subject to title application fees, registration fees, county fees, and other applicable charges. In Texas, manufactured trailers over 4,000 lbs. gross weight generally require a title, and trailer registration fees vary depending on trailer type and weight. Base trailer registration for units up to 6,000 lbs. is listed by TxDMV at $45, and title fees are generally $28 or $33, depending on the county.
If a titled item will be registered outside the State of Texas, additional taxes, title fees, registration fees, and licensing requirements may apply based on that state’s laws. Please contact your local DMV or registration office for details related to your location.
Refunds & Returns
Deposits on in-stock items are refundable until the purchase is completed and will be refunded to the original payment method. Deposits on special-order items are non-refundable.
Parts may be returned within 30 days of purchase, excluding electrical items. Electrical items are non-returnable. Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Serialized and titled items may only be returned in limited situations and may not be returned after title or registration has been processed.
VIN & Serial Numbers
We strive to keep our online inventory accurate. If a deposit is placed on a unit associated with a specific VIN or serial number and that exact unit is unavailable, we may provide a unit with the same specifications but a different VIN or serial number.
